Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to all design and print work.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the details provided and are valid for 30 days. Changes to size, quantity, materials or turnaround may change the price.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your booking and begin design work. Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
Proofs & approval
Digital proofs are provided for review. Clients are responsible for checking all names, dates, wording and spelling. Production begins only after written approval.
Revisions
A reasonable number of revision rounds is included. Extensive redesigns or changes requested after approval may incur an additional fee.
Production & turnaround
Most orders are completed within 3–10 business days after final approval and receipt of deposit. Turnaround varies by product and quantity.
Rush orders
Rush service may be available depending on our production schedule and is subject to a rush fee.
Payment
The balance is due before production is released or collected. Invoices and receipts are issued by email.
Delivery & collection
Pickup in New Providence is by appointment. Delivery can be arranged for an additional fee. Risk passes to the client on collection or delivery.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Amounts covering completed design work and materials already purchased are non-refundable.
Errors
Errors approved by the client on a proof are the client's responsibility. We will correct any error made by the studio at no charge.
Use of images
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and social media. Let us know in writing if you prefer your project not be shared.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
